Satisfaction & Return Policy
You must notify Jonathan Green & Co within 2 days of receiving package of any problems with your order. We will not accept any unauthorized returns. The item must arrive back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. No items will be accepted after 15 days for any reason. All returns must include the original shipping carton, packing materials and the original packing slip. Please write the reason for return on the packing slip. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned must be insured at the customer's expense. There are no refunds on original shipping costs. We will not accept items returned C.O.D.
All orders are shipped insured. Issues with items damaged in transit should be address with DHL. Please retain all original packing material as well as the original shipping carton.
Refunds will be made in the manner of the original payment, i.e. check, Paypal or credit card, except money orders. Money orders will be refunded by check.
